Returns Policy

At A and M Planters, every item is handcrafted to order and made bespoke to your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Exceptions:

If your order arrives damaged, or there is a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or fault
• Your order number and delivery details

We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, work may already have begun on your custom build and materials may have been allocated.
